Individuals have the resources to successfully age in their homes and community.

What we do:

• Encourage individuals to maintain mental wellness.

• Support individuals with maintaining physical health.

• Address food insecurity and provide education and nutrition.

• Provide funds for GED testing and transportation to GED classes.

• Resume writing and job search classes.

• Digital Literacy Classes.

• Assist with completing safety checklist.

• Educate individuals on ways to maintain comfort and remain in their home.
