Women on A Mission of Albany (WOAM) is a passionate organization dedicated to outreach, mentorship, and community service. Founded on January 12, 2024, by Tracy L. Mallory, WOAM addresses vital needs in parental guidance, financial independence, and mentorship, with the ultimate goal of empowering families to achieve confidence and self-sufficiency.  Tracy’s story is one of resilience and determination. As a single mother who once lived in housing projects, she worked tirelessly to elevate herself and her family, ultimately achieving success as a banking Branch Manager and Vice President. Through this journey, she gained valuable skills, knowledge, and independence, which now inspire her commitment to helping others do the same.  As a community service leader and advocate for women’s development, Tracy founded WOAM to foster cultural and environmental change within homes and communities. Her leadership, volunteerism, and influence extend across Albany and the Southwest Georgia region, earning her a reputation for integrity and impact.  WOAM unites purpose-driven women who share a passion for uplifting others. By promoting mental, financial, and physical wellness, the organization aims to create lasting change, supporting families to succeed and thrive. Through mentorship and outreach, WOAM is shaping a brighter, stronger future for the communities it serves.
